This unique, nature-immersive group combines an eclectic and integrative approach to supporting participants in growing their relational skills, regulation skills, mindfulness skills, and self-leadership skills. Dates: Thursdays, Tentative dates: May 1 – November 6, 2025 (weather permitting)
Time Options:
Group 1: 10 AM – 12 PM
Group 2: 12:30 PM – 2:30 PM
Location: A serene farm on Lookout Mountain, Golden, CO (address provided upon registration) Group Size: Limited to 6 participants per group
